We had a lovely romantic escape! The hotel was super clean and exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise! It’s situated near some cool shops and a mall, making it super convenient for grabbing snacks or going out. Plus, the staff at reception were super friendly and cute, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast was a letdown. There were limited options, and honestly, the English breakfast just didn't cut it. Plus, we had a weird metallic taste from the tap water, though the bottled water in the fridge was fine. Parking was also a hassle, especially when the place is fully booked. Definitely needs some improvement!

Had a fantastic Christmas break in a cozy, stylish hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding fresh and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, welcoming and helpful, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. There were some downsides. The shower floor tiles were extremely slippery, and the absence of a shower door led to water spilling over the floor, making it a bit of a hazard and very unpleasant to navigate.
